System Requirement in details for implementing SAP MAP

Hi Guys,

 

Please could you provide me system requirement in details for implementing SAP Merchandise and Assortment Planning such as

 

SAP ECC 6.0 : 1. which EHP is required 2. Which SPS is required 3. Which other software component is required etc?

SAP Netweaver 7.0 : SPS, BI Content version, any other software component

or SAP Netweaver 7.3 : SPS, BI Content version, any other software component

 

 

Does SAP Netweaver 7.0 support BI-IP (Integrated Planning)?

Does SAP Netweaver 7.0 support BPS (Business Planning solution) ?


What is main difference between BPS and IP?


What Planning functionality does support in SAP Netweaver 7.3?


If you could provide me all the details in one place then it will be great.

Article master data loading from ECC

Hi

 

I am trying to load article master data (0material) from ECC

I see 2 identical datsources 0MATERIAL_ATTR and 0ARTICLE_ATTR

 

Please suggest for my IS-retail implementation which one is needed. Is 0ARTICLE_ATTR is sufficient or I need to load 0MATERIAL_ATTR also ?

SAP IS Retail Certified with no experince

Hello everyone,

 

                     Is there any way to get a job in SAP Companies with no experience in SAP IS Retail . Certified in SAP IS Retail 4.7 in 2008 and a BBM Graduate (2010). Any suggestions how to get interview calls?  Or the names of some companies who allow direct walk-in for freshers? You can send me direct message or mail me  :  jovebilal@live.com . Suggestions will be highly appreciated and also if anyone can help me with a list of main topics in SAP IS Retail , one should be prepared facing an interview.

Header condition 3101 has not been maintained - WPUBON

Hi all,

 

I am trying to post receipt level sales data through WPUBON. I am getting the error message 'In transaction I000002crw 000001 : header condition 3101 has not been maintained'.

 

BTW, I am able to post sales for the same article through WPUUMS and could see billing/article documents are getting created at ECC.

 

Any suggestions to resolve the issue?

Retail Consignment

Hi,

 

For doing consignment stock transfer, what are the settings required. I didn't find the field "consignemnt control" at logistics data of article master even after activating the consignment process at customizing.

 

At the time of creation of consignment STO, where to give this process is relevent to consignemnt process...?

 

How this process works...

 

if any body help on this, definitely rewarded..

Table that links article and merchandise category with hierarchies

Hi,

 

 

I am searching for a table which links article with merchandise category hierarchies.

For eg in transaction WGUS we are getting the hierarchy levels in a tree , we would like to get the same in table format as below

 

we have also searched table T023S and it is empty,please suggest a suitable table to retrieve the data ( if there are multiple tables to be joined please explain the same)

Existing Sales set as component of another sales set

Hi,

 

I tried to create a sales set of which one of the component article is an existing sales set article.

The SAP system does not allowed me to proceed.

Is there another way to bypass this instead of keying the componet articles of the existing sales set over again in article master?

Any advice is welcome.

AFS Material Master Field Change

Hi Experts,

 

                 when we created material master for AFS  material master, we didn't activate the Grid val as batch no field in AFS MRP tab.I want to activate that field.But Once we enable that  Afs MRp status,we can't make changes in that.

 

Is there any way to activate the field?

We  need to activate the field.

 

Because whenever we are doing plant transfer using movement type(301),Batch number is taking as numeric value for receiving plant.I want in a format like grid value and batch no .should be same.

Account determination for Material type DIEN

Hi All,

We sell confectionery product by weight in our showrooms. While selling our finished product in our Showroom we want to have an option to include Material type DIEN (services) to be sold also together with the confectionery.

 

For example:

 

Product1 1kg = 100.00

Product2 .5kg = 150.00

Product3 1kg = 250.00

DIEN1 = 50.00

DIEN2   = 70.00

Total Customer Receipt = 620.00

 

My Question:

1.) How to configure Account determination (OBYC) for Material type DIEN?

 

2.) When we do inbound process from our POS the movement type for sales of FP is 251 (GI for sales), what would be the movement type of Services (DIEN)?

SAP AFS Installation

Dear All,

 

 

We are planning to install the SAP AFS. When i go through the couple of documents in SCN and in SMP i could find this can be done in two ways. One as the add on in the Existing system i.e above EHP5 and i could also find as the IDES installation of SAP AFS.

 

Also, Could you also please clarify whether the AFS is a Part of IS.

Hi,

 

I would like to know the release date of new version of "Planning for Retail" RDS. Brief details about current version of this RDS- the current version of "Planning for Retail" RDS does have some short falls such as Assortment Planning, Slow Seller Managment, and Mark down Proposal. I read one blog in which blogger (SAP Employee) clearly mentioned that SAP is going to release new version of this RDS which covers all short falls.

 

Anyone can let me know the release date of new version of "Planning for Retail" RDS.

 

Any reply is important for me

MM41: Article Category "DISPLAY" automatic cost determination

Dear All,

 

I just want to know if this is possible:

 

I created an Article Master record in MM41 and chose article category "Display", I Add the Components and save the Article Master Record.

 

This is like for example a Finish product with components like tray, variety of chocolates, wrapper, ribbon, etc...

 

Now the system should provide me a MAP automatically base on the Components total costs. If i go to MM60 and check, i should see the cost of the Article.

 

Is this possible? if it is, then can anyone tell me where in IMG this can be done?

Error on create PO : Assortment XXX does not have all the necessary attributes

Hi all,

 

I got an error message when create the PO with generic article:

 

Assortment XXX does not have all the necessary attributes

Message no. WM062

Diagnosis

You have chosen an assortment which does not have all of the required attributes. It is likely that you are using a plant created in MM Customizing, which is less flexible.

System Response

The system cannot continue processing.

  Procedure

Please only use assortments that have been created using the SAP Retail Assortments function.

 

I had checked the table WRS1 and T001W, both tables included the DC XXX values

And there is an assortment called XXX

really don't know anything i missed....

please help

Cannot Create PO with generic article in IS-Retail

Hi all,

 

i am green in SAP Retail and meet some issues during creating PO. we are using generic article for all article master

 

When we try to create PO with reference PO from document overview in ME21N, it prompts the warning message "No subitems are copied when you copy a purchase order", then nothing happen, no data is copied.

Then we try to use ME21 to copy as reference, it can copy the PO but we cannot change to plant and document type during copying process.

(since we have to copy the PO from document type NB and change to STO document type UB so we need to change the plant, and doc. type.

 

 

Can anyone help me how to perform copy function in ME21N for generic articles ?
