Create Collective PO for STO having partial delivery indicator as "B"

Hello Gurus,

I have very unique requirement to create collective PO for stock transport order having line item where Partial delivery indicator is set as "B" i.e. only one delivery is allowed.

As per SAP documentation about collective PO transaction i.e. WF10, collective po will be created only when STO lines are having partial delivery allowed.

Is there any other way to create collective PO with indicator "B"? any program change, user exit or work around process to achieve the same result?
