Idoc COND_A in 53 status, conditon record not created

Hi Gurus,

We are tyring to create pricing conditon using idoc through LSMW, and although idoc has invalid sales org, idoc still ends up in 53 status.  KONH and KONP tables are updated, but A971 doesn't.  We would like such idoc to fail if data is invalid.

Any insight will be appreciated.
