We are using SAP AFS Industry. We have a business requirement like without components need to create purchase order for operation subcontracting. I will explain the business process below.
1. In routing, material ABC we are maintaining operations like 10th, 15th, 20th....520th operations.
2.For 15th operation, purchase requisition generated automatically by using control key as pp01.
3. When we convert purchase requisition to purchase order we are getting error message like " Not possible to determine components " .
4. Our business scenario is we will create purchase order as a shortext po, with out any components we will create po. But sap system is not allowing to create po without component in operation subcontracting. Cut material pcs we are sending out for printing purpose.
please suggest me with out components we need to create po for operational subcontracting.
