No article hierarchy data exists for article and plant

Hi, I receive the following warning trying to load data into 0RMP_DS02: No article hierarchy data exists for article and plant. I try to understand how to load a Article hierarchy into the infoobject 0CM_HIEID but is not possible.

Does anyone know where to load the data from ECC in order to get data into the extractor of infoobject 0CM_HIEID? (i´m using 0CM_HIER_ATTR as datasource).
